About Us

I am Marsha Bostic Vance, owner and native Arkansan, and I’ve returned to Arkansas after 30 years in the Greater Memphis and surrounding areas. I have been involved in estate sales, real estate and sales/marketing. My background includes a BA in Mass Communication and Journalism from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas.  Previously, I have held real estate licenses in both Arkansas and Tennessee. My accumulated experience in sales/marketing, advertising and promotion have assisted me for the last 25 years to focus my energy on all aspects of the estate sale business.

  • Free consultation to determine the best plan of action for your needs. We accept appointments 7 days a week.

  • No upfront cost, commission-based only

  • We offer 1 to 3 day estate sales, mostly Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • We offer on-site and appointment only sales

  • We provide a report after the sale

  • We can provide donation receipts for tax purposes when applicable

  • We offer clean out/buy out service to leave your home broom cleaned if so desired

  • WE DO NOT HAVE A BOOTH OR STORE FRONT
