Welcome to Vance Estate Sales, serving Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas, and surrounding areas. My name is Marsha Vance and I have been conducting on-site estate, downsizing, relocation, divorce, foreclosure, and bankruptcy sales in the Greater Memphis, Tennessee, and Hot Springs, Arkansas areas for over 20 years. I have additional experience in real estate and marketing, public relations, and journalism with a BA degree in Mass Communication from Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, Arkansas.

We have found that most people feel overwhelmed when they are going through some of the greatest stresses in their lives.  Death, divorce, relocation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy, are some of the most difficult times.  Whether planned or unexpected, the need to liquidate personal property can arise at any given moment.  When you are faced with these challenges, it is best to have a professional team that is compassionate and can work closely with the homeowner, estate executor, trust officer, family members, attorney, bank, or realtor. My background and my own personal experience during such events gives me insight into what you and your family are experiencing.  It helps to have someone else come in and sort through all of the personal treasures.  Our job is to organize, clean, and display your items in a manner that would reflect dignity for your family.  We pay attention to every detail, and our fabulous staging techniques combine with our love for the entire estate sale experience, ensuring customer satisfaction!
